Nothing could have been better.

Loft cafe bar restaurant, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. Tourist destinations like jungceylon were not far from the venue. The design of the hotel is excellent. We strongly recommend this property: D

Dons Bar Bbq, which can be found only 500 m away, was a fast dining option. The beds where good. The pool was perfect for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we loved having the pool right outside our room. Despite being away from the center of the city, the location was still convenient, with attractions and nightlife just a 10-minute walk away. The staff, especially those cleaning the rooms and at reception, were incredibly sweet and friendly.

Nothing not too like.

The Italian owner of the hotel is great (I just realised I didn't ask his name! - probably not Peter Pan), ready to help you with any questions you might have. You get this very personal feeling when staying there - everyone seems to be one big happy family. The location is actually great as it is rather secluded from all the madness of central Patong but some 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and all the fun.

Well, you get what you pay for - it's a budget hotel, and it feels that way. There's no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, no iron or hairdryer (not that I needed it very much), no hangers etc - small things, rather unimportant but you do notice these kind of things. It's good for a cheap, friendly self-catering holiday but if you're looking for luxury, that's not the place for you. Also, there's construction site close-by where they work from dusk till dawn but there's not much the owners can do about it and once you close the balcony, you can barely hear any of that anyway.

Our Christmas trip was fun and festive at this hotel. the decorations were nice and gave us the holiday spirit. the breakfast was tasty and filling. the location was central and had easy access to attractions. One positive aspect was the large pool, which was clean and refreshing.

the room had a musty smell and was quite small.

location was excellent, because ín the hotel area its so peaceful but just 15 minute walk and you are in the centrum and same time to beach also. staff was very nice, and i want say straight from my heart to staff: thank you very much, you really are the best.

There was no security deposit box. I arrived at night and the security guy gave me the keys,was difficult for me to understand his very poor English.

good rooms, comfort, big bed. hot water, shower in the room. All beds are double. We asked to bring the extra bed and the staff did it as soon as possible. Good pool.10 - 15 min walk to Patong beach.

the only thing we didn't like is that cleaning lady doesn't speak english and she often forgot to change the towels
